about me ♡
Hello! My name is Kristen, and I’m a designer/illustrator based in TX. My work features many cats and an abundance of colors that make you feel warm and welcome. I love to make art that is both wholesome and cute. I’m primarily an animal artist; animals are innocent creatures who do not have a voice, but as an animal activist, I hope that someone will see my works and give these creatures the love they deserve.I’m mostly a digital artist who primarily works on the iPad, but I can be found behind my computer using Illustrator, or Photoshop. I strive to make my digital works have texture and depth. I also like to use colors that depict a feeling of calm. Art has been very therapeutic for me, so I want to make art for others in hopes they feel the same way looking at it.
faq ♡
Q: what do you use to make your art?
A: I do most of my work on my iPad Pro! It's the 2022 M2 12.9". I mostly use Procreate, and Adobe Photoshop. I also use Astropad to use Photoshop on my iPad! I've found this works best for me :)
Q: do you take requests?
A: If by requests you mean commissions, yes I do! Feel free to send me a DM on instagram, or check out my ko-fi for current openings on commissions :)
Q: how long have you been making art?
A: For as long as I can remember! But more so started seriously again around 2019 once I got my iPad. Having the iPad really pushed me to do more art :)
Q: is this your full time job?
A: Sadly, not as of yet. Currently I am a full time Graphic Designer slowly transitioning to an illustrator. Check out my portfolio here.
Q: do you do collabs?
A: Depending on the subject/material, and my availability, yes! Send me an e-mail here.
